2. Charter Inquiries and Binding Agreements

Information presented on viblycompss.com regarding yacht availability, specifications, or pricing estimates constitutes an invitation to treat and does not represent a legally binding charter contract. A legally binding charter agreement is established solely upon the execution of a formal MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) or FYBA charter agreement signed by both parties and supported by cleared deposit funds.

3. Ocean Operations & Authority of the Captain

All embarked passengers on board Viblycompss must strictly adhere to the instructions of the Master of the Vessel (Captain). In accordance with international maritime law, the Captain retains absolute authority regarding navigation, safety protocols, dive deck operations, helicopter operations, and itinerary adjustments due to force majeure, severe weather, or sea safety risks.

4. Limitation of Liability

Viblycompss Marine Explorations Ltd. strives to ensure that technical specifications and information published on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we assume no liability for minor errors, temporary digital service interruptions, or inaccuracies in third-party marine feeds. In no event shall Viblycompss be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site usage.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
